Effects of Myelin through repetition…
Speeding up and improving decision making and though processes!
Why do this?
- The major parts of the neutron are the dendrites, structure that receive signals from other cells, the cell body which interprets those signals and the axon, a long wire like structure where the signals travel along the next neuron.
Increasing the ability to process specific skills required.
Whenever we perform an action for example striking a ball, making a movement and most importantly, making a decision, the neutrons involved in that action start firing electrical signals or action potentials and form active network cells
What does this mean?
One major effect of repeatedly practising the action, may be increasing Myelin around the network leading to fast and more efficient processing of the cell signals and of course more efficient and precise performance.
